ALMA in DOWNTOWN MIAMI

Situated in Downtown Miami, is a new multi-residential + hotel development. The 25-story building includes 189,267 Sq. feet (17,584 Sq. meters) of total building area within the site’s total of 15,000 Sq. feet (1,394 Sq. meters). Residential amenities include a ninth floor pool deck, private lounge garden areas, two-level residents’ lounge, indoor and outdoor two-level gym, private offices, gardens and more.

The overall design sets an asymmetrical grid throughout the building, placing planters at random horizontals. Double height spaces with greenery highlights the social areas for the residents. Key elements of the design are grey stucco framing, light grey scored stucco, raw brushed terracotta, light hardwood screens, keystone/coral rock, aluminum framed windows, aluminum framed storefront canopies and landscape gardens.
