The 14-story building includes an area of 250,622 Sq. feet (23,284 Sq. meters) within the site’s total of 31,224 Sq. feet (2,901 Sq. meters). Residential amenities include a rooftop pool deck, private hangout areas, two-level residents’ lounge, two-level gym, private offices and more.
The overall design displays a dark grey brick, distressed metal panels, and black aluminum framing eventually going upwards and creating a symmetrical grid throughout the top portion of the building. Key elements of the design are dark grey brick, dark grey colored stucco, distressed rust colored metal panels, aluminum framed windows and aluminum framing and murals.
